You ready to drop it low, pop that thang, and bounce it like a trampoline… on a trampoline?
Booty Bounce is a heart-pumping mixture of choreographed bouncing, booty popping, and letting it all hang loose on the floor.

First, we warm up by going over proper jump technique; as well as the basic movements that are used during the Bounce. Next, we move into a little Booty Popping 101 in which you learn the building blocks of all things booty dance related. Then, we move into choreographed bouncing (don’t be scurred; we go over the moves slowly first!). There is even a targeted abs section that will have you grooving (who knew?!).

The moves are easy-to-follow, but don’t worry about getting things perfect. Our motto is “When in doubt, pop it out!”. We use the same playlist/moves for a certain period of time so if you come regularly, you will get to know the routine and put your own stank on it; then we change it all up and do it again!

Set to a soundtrack of bangers, this is the cardio party you have been looking for! Bring yo self, bring yo friends, bring yo family and make that booty bounce!
